I absolutely loved the movie, "How To Train Your Dragon"! I loved all the dragons in the movie, especially Toothless. I've made 3 Toothless' from Spirit of America's free pattern and pictorial. Then somebody on Craftster made their own Toothless pattern and decided not to share it, as they wanted to make and sell plushies made from their pattern. So, I decided to take a leap of faith, and design my own pattern too. And, wallah, here he is, Toothless. I'm pretty happy w/how he turned out. He's not perfect though, as I was learning as I went along. Future Toothless' will be better. I must give Spirit of America credit though. I used her pictorial for fin, wing, spike, and leg placement. I made felt eyes for my Toothless, in case he goes to a child. Somebody on Craftster said they knew a child that was sleeping w/a plastic toy. No child should sleep w/a plastic toy. They should have a soft toy to love on and to cuddle with. I'm sad I couldn't capture the veins in the wings and fins w/my camera. This Toothless is for sale. He is: $60 which includes shipping. Future Toothless' from the pattern, will be more, because they will be w/o imperfections. Note me if you're interested in buying him. I've been a long time member on ebay.
