So, I call this creation Baby Nessie. It is a pattern by: Jennifer Carson [link]
She is meant to be a "drag along" toy for little kids. She is made from a fleece sweatshirt and a fleece hoodie. She has plastic safety eyes. I gave her to a 2 month old baby boy w/down syndrome whom didn't have any toys. I was teasing the lady that took Nessie to the baby, telling her not to keep her for herself.
She loves dragons and the like as much as I do. I hope you enjoy her too!
